Nicki Minaj Cartoon

It was actually my mother who suggested I draw the very stylish and cute Nicki Minaj (like everyone else she is a fan of her hit song "Super Bass" -- which is arguably the best pop single of 2011). I really like Nicki since she looks like a real life Barbie doll and she is very charming, smart, and funny in both her songs and interviews. For the  cartoon, I decided to change the dress slightly and change Nicki's hair to be more like how she wore it at the VMAs. The cartoon is based on an Nicki Minaj OPI Nail Posh collection ad, which I scanned from the latest issue of American Elle.
